Riverbend was originally a one and a half story home and was located on the Rivanna River, just miles away ; there is no indication to when the house was built, but in 1985 the house was moved to its present location.
The lower level was built at that time, so the original house is the top story and a half of the current building. The structure has been in use as an office building since 1985, and several tenants currently lease individual offices or suites in the building.
GNA Property Management purchased the property on 3/30/2014.
